GoHippo provides personalised AI-generated books, comics, previews, digital files and related gifts. Customers provide recipient details for a custom gift concept and, where purchased, a printed or digital product.

These Terms apply when browsing the website, creating a project, uploading content, placing an order or otherwise using GoHippo.

You are responsible for submitted names, photos, prompts, memories, descriptions and other information. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for supplied photos, likenesses, personal details, quotes and stories.

Do not submit unlawful, defamatory, abusive, privacy-invasive, sexually explicit, discriminatory or otherwise harmful content. GoHippo may refuse, moderate, edit or remove content to protect people, comply with law or keep the product safe.

GoHippo uses automated and AI-assisted tools to create text, images, previews and concepts. Output may be imperfect, inaccurate, misspelled, stylised or unexpected.

Review previews and order details before purchase. If something important is wrong, contact contact@gohippo.com so we can help where the current workflow allows.

Prices, currencies, taxes, delivery options and formats are shown at checkout for the chosen country or market. Third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal process payments.

Do not manipulate prices, quantities, checkout sessions, discounts or payment requests. Orders may be cancelled if checkout data is invalid, incomplete, fraudulent or inconsistent with the confirmed order.

Changes or cancellations may not be possible once production begins. If you notice an issue, contact contact@gohippo.com as soon as possible with your order reference.

For damaged, missing, materially defective products or products not supplied as ordered, we review the issue and explain the available replacement, correction or refund path.

GoHippo owns or licenses its website, templates, branding, software, layouts, prompts, generation workflows and design systems.

You retain existing rights in your submitted materials. By submitting content, you grant GoHippo the permission needed to process, generate, preview, print, fulfil, support and improve your order.

We aim to keep GoHippo available and reliable, but maintenance, updates, provider outages or operational needs can occasionally interrupt service.

We may update, suspend or discontinue features, formats, templates or integrations from time to time.

GoHippo is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses from use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer rights.
