Personalised returns
Personalised products are made to order, so cancellations and returns can depend on whether production has started.
If something is wrong with an order, email contact@gohippo.com with your order ID and we will guide the available correction, replacement, or refund path.
Before you pay
Review the recipient name, title, cover, selected format, shipping details, and discount code before continuing to payment.
If you return from Stripe or PayPal, GoHippo keeps your checkout details in the browser so you can continue without retyping everything.
