GoHippo aims to make the book creation and checkout journey usable across mobile, desktop, keyboard navigation, and assistive technologies.

What we prioritise

We aim to use clear headings, readable text, strong tap targets, keyboard-accessible controls, and labelled form fields.

We also avoid relying on colour alone for important states such as selected cards, validation messages, and disabled actions.

Known improvement areas

Generated book previews are visual by nature, so we provide descriptive text around covers and preview sections where practical.

We continue to improve mobile layout, form validation, preview accessibility, and checkout recovery as the product grows.

If something is difficult to read, navigate, or complete, email contact@gohippo.com with the page URL and the device/browser you are using.

Screenshots are helpful, but please do not include payment card details or passwords.
